Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN><SPAN>This data set contains the thickness grid of halite within the E unit of the Silurian Salina Group in Ohio. 995 wells were added to Clifford’s (1973) original 440 well data set. Unit elevations were picked using geophysical logs. Halite beds within each unit of the Salina were picked using geophysical logs and summed. Both the unit elevation and halite thicknesses were exported from IHS Petra and hand-contoured using ESRI ArcMap.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>Clifford, M.J., 1973, Silurian rock salt of Ohio: Columbus, Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Geological Survey R.I. 90, 21 p., 4 pl.</SPAN></SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
