It is a major component to the MRCI Stratigraphic Chart Associations. The numbered and named polygons reference a specific column on a detailed stratigraphic chart series created by Greb and others (2022). These stratigraphic charts are the Western Arches, Illinois Basin, Central Arches, Michigan Basin, West Central Appalachian Basin, Central Appalachian Basin, Northern Appalachian Basin, and Upper Mississippian Embayment. The map was created by the intersection and union of the basins in the MRCI region with states and the Midcontinent Supercritical CO2 Boundary.</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><SPAN>Author/Originator: Stratigraphic Chart Basin Map, T.N.
